Unless required by law, Space 4 U Storage does not insure stored items and accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to goods, however caused.

You must not store any items that are illegal, dangerous or unsuitable for storage. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
Hazardous, flammable or explosive materials
Toxic or environmentally harmful substances
Perishable goods or items likely to attract pests or create odours
Illegal items or substances
Living plants or animals

We reserve the right to refuse storage, require removal of prohibited items and take any action permitted by law where these conditions are breached.

  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the service agreement. On termination, you must remove your belongings within the timeframe specified in the service agreement. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or enforcement action.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space 4 U Storage shall not be liable for any loss or damage to goods stored, or for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
